Hey I'm Deska, an artist from central Europe who specializes in anthropomorhic characters with an extra passion for birds. I began my proper art adventure in early 2023.

You must comply with the Terms of Service when commissioning.

I hold the right to not accept a request.

After both sides agree on the request, work on the artpiece begins only after the full price is transferred to me via PayPal.

Refund is not possible after I start working on the artpiece unless I need to cancel the commission from my side. If I am spammed, threatened or harrassed I hold the right to cancel a commission without a refund.

After the sketch is presented you can request up to 3 sets of changes and 1 re-draw from scratch per commission. After approval of the sketch no major changes can be done.

By default the completed artwork is intended for personal use only. You are not allowed to use it in any monetary/commertial setting or project. An exception can be made for specific requests (such as emotes) per individual basis.

You are not allowed to claim to be the artist nor remove the watermark.

I reserve the right to use the completed artwork for promotional purposes, such as: social media, portfolio and such.

My art must not be used in any blockchain technology (such as NFT), AI model training or similar practices/technologies.

Breaking the ToS might result in stopping cooperation and being added to the blacklist.
